The Turkish versions of this notice (KVKK Aydınlatma Metni and Çerez Politikası) are the legally binding texts.

1. Data controller

Your personal data is processed by Riobits as the data controller. You can reach us at [email protected] or on WhatsApp at +90 539 541 77 97.

2. What we process

• Identity: your name, to the extent you share it with us.
• Contact details: email address, phone number, and the name and number linked to your WhatsApp account.
• Request and project details: the content of your messages, the topic you pick and anything you tell us about your project.
• Security logs: technical server logs kept by our hosting provider, such as IP address, date and time, and browser.

Please don't send us sensitive data (health, beliefs, biometrics and similar) through these channels.

3. How we collect it

• Messages you send to our WhatsApp line +90 539 541 77 97 through the website,
• emails you send to [email protected],
• server logs created automatically when you visit the site.

4. Why we process it, and on what legal basis

• To answer your requests and prepare proposals (steps prior to a contract, KVKK art. 5/2-c),
• to plan and deliver our services if we work together (performance of a contract),
• to keep the website secure and fix technical issues (our legitimate interest, art. 5/2-f),
• to meet our legal obligations (art. 5/2-ç).

We don't use your data for marketing without your explicit consent, and we never sell it.

5. Who we share it with

• Service providers: our website hosting and email providers.
• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms): messages you send on WhatsApp travel through WhatsApp's infrastructure, which may be located outside Turkey, and are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
• Authorities: where the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by law. Conversations that don't lead to a project are deleted or anonymised after a reasonable period; project records are kept for the statutory commercial and tax retention periods.

7. Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you can ask whether we process your data, request information about it, learn its purpose and recipients, ask for correction or deletion, object to automated decisions that affect you, and claim compensation for unlawful processing.

Send your request by email to [email protected] from the address you used to contact us. We reply free of charge within 30 days at the latest. You can also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).

8. Cookies and browser storage

Our site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are served from our own server, so opening the site sends no requests to services like Google Fonts.

Clicking "Continue on WhatsApp" takes you to wa.me, where WhatsApp's own cookie policy applies. If we ever add analytics, we will update this notice and ask for your consent first.
